Clinical Leadership:
- Assists the Nurse Manager in operational activities of the patient care unit
- Assists in planning and operationalizing the model of nursing care to be utilized on the unit
- Supports and advances the Service Excellence strategies on the unit
- Rounds on patients, families, and staff to assess satisfaction, provide feedback, and intervene when necessary
