Resident Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a Resident Experience Coordinator to join our team at Thrive Senior Living. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our residents feel valued and appreciated.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome residents and provide personalized service to make them feel comfortable and assured that you are there to attend to their needs.
  • Build relationships with residents by getting to know their preferences and special requests.
  • Manage the waitlist and seat residents accordingly.
  • Accommodate guest seating preferences while maintaining an efficient flow of service.
  • Ensure a safe and sanitized dining environment by adhering to all safety and administrative procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with other staff members throughout your shift.
  • Seat guests according to company standards to ensure a pleasant and organized dining experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a hostess/host or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and provide exceptional service.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A passion for serving the senior community and understanding their unique needs.
