Role Overview: The Superintendent 1 (Area) will oversee field operations within designated areas or project segments. This position ensures that all work is executed safely, efficiently, profitably, and ethically, adhering to contract specifications, design, budget, and timelines. The Superintendent will directly manage field labor teams and Assistant Superintendents.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in construction
  • At least 2 years serving as a Safety and QAQC Cultural Champion
  • 2+ years of successful leadership in smaller fit-out projects or segments of larger construction endeavors
  • Experience of 2+ years in managing change orders and ticketing
  • 2+ years of oversight experience with subcontractors
  • 2+ years in schedule management and planning
  • Proficient in interpreting and executing plans and specifications for at least 2 years
