Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary contact for clinical and non-clinical matters outside of standard business hours, delivering skilled nursing care to home health and hospice patients during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Ohio RN license
  • At least three years of experience in acute care, oncology, or geriatric nursing
  • Experience in a Medicare-certified home health agency is preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
