About the Assignment

This role involves working as a travel nurse RN in a rehabilitation setting, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of the healthcare facility. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care in a rehabilitation setting, with a focus on improving patient outcomes and quality of life.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop effective treatment plans, and evaluate patient progress to ensure optimal results.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry advancements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
  • Current RN licensure in good standing, with active registration in the state of employment
  • Minimum one year of experience as an RN in a hospital setting, preferably in acute care or rehabilitation
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams
