6. Report maintenance issues through the proper channels.

8. Protect company assets by following security protocols.

Qualifications
Previous experience in custodial services is preferred. Candidates should be able to follow safety guidelines due to potential physical risks and exposure to cleaning agents. A friendly and positive attitude towards guests, clients, and colleagues is essential. This position may involve physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and extended periods of walking or standing.
