Die Setter

US Farathane is seeking an experienced Die Setter to join our team. As a Die Setter, you will be responsible for setting up and operating machinery, including primary and secondary equipment, to produce high-quality products.

• Set up and operate machinery, including die changes, to meet production schedules.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
