We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Weekend On-Call RN. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for evaluating patients, creating care plans, and communicating with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Provide high-quality patient care and support
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse
- 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred)
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 25lbs
