Position Overview: We are seeking an entry-level Labeling Machine Operator to support our packaging production process. This role is essential in ensuring the efficiency of our inline labeling machines.
Work Schedule: 6:45 PM - 7:00 AM, 4 days on/4 days off
Compensation: $15.18 per hour, plus a $0.50 shift differential
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain inline labeling machines, ensuring optimal performance.
- Assist in the packaging production of our products.
- Follow safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including troubleshooting and basic maintenance.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to follow instructions.
- Basic computer skills are advantageous.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in using standard hand tools.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to read and comprehend equipment manuals and diagrams in English.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Physical capability to lift and carry products weighing up to 40 lbs.
