Electrical Test Technician Position at Airsys Cooling TechnologiesKey Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough performance and factory functional tests on products in accordance with strict national standards and testing procedures.
  • Execute performance and factory tests based on the testing plan and production schedule, ensuring timely completion.
  • Report any test anomalies promptly and collaborate with relevant team members for issue resolution, maintaining a culture of transparency and open communication.
  • Perform debugging and maintenance activities during testing processes, ensuring daily monitoring parameters are met and adhering to quality control standards.
  • Regularly inspect and maintain equipment, calibrate testing tools, and adhere to 6S management standards, promoting a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Identify workplace hazards and propose improvement strategies for a safer environment, prioritizing employee well-being and safety.
  • Emphasize and abide by safety protocols and practices in all work areas, ensuring a culture of safety and responsibility.
  • Operate electronic test equipment and analyze schematics, applying technical expertise to ensure accurate test results.

Education and Experience
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a strong foundation in electrical systems and testing principles.
  • Experience with live electrical components is essential, with a focus on safety and quality control.
  • Certification in related fields from local technical institutions is preferred, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
  • Preferred experience in manufacturing and electrical testing, with a strong understanding of quality control processes and procedures.
  • Strong analytical, observational, and listening skills are required, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision is essential, with flexibility to work varying hours as needed.
  • Experience in quality auditing and mechanical/electrical inspection is an asset, with proficiency in blueprint reading and precision measuring instruments.
  • Knowledge of sheet-metal fabrication, soldering, and mechanical assembly is desirable, with a strong understanding of electrical systems and testing principles.
