We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Lead Bartender to join our team at 10th and Terrace, the rooftop bar in Downtown Raleigh. As a Bartender for Summit Hospitality Group, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks to our guests, while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve drinks according to standard recipes and measuring standards.
- Ensure all guests are of proper age to consume alcohol and follow standard and federal/state/local regulations for serving alcohol.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
- Follow all corporate safety and security policies and procedures, and report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to the General Manager and your Manager.
- Complete and maintain safety training and certifications, and speak with others using clear and professional language.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support the team to reach stated/budget goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
- Previous experience in hotels, restaurants, country clubs, or banquet facilities with high volume and active serving environments.
- Exceptional people-pleasing orientation, strong professional and personal work ethic, and demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to learn quickly, train others, and develop and maintain positive work relationships with Banquet Manager and Banquet Servers.
- Full-time employees are eligible for personal time, insurance benefits, and vacation time after 90 days.
