Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced LOGIX PMO Manager to lead our cross-functional operations team. As the ideal candidate, you will have a proven track record of success in program management, budgeting, and resource allocation. You will be responsible for standardizing business practices, developing SOPs and training, and ensuring project compliance with organizational standards and policies.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Align business operations activities and personnel with strategic mission and goals of the organization.
  • Standardize business operations practices, develop SOPs and training to drive efficiencies in execution.
  • Oversee the deployment coordination and SOFA arrangements process.
  • Develop and improve project management office policies and processes.
  • Evaluate projects for compliance with organizational standards and policies.
  • Provide governance by setting guidelines and frameworks for project execution.
  • Directs the work of employees assigned to the Program Management Office.
  • Monitor PMO budget and resource allocations.
  • Collaborate with Program Support Office and other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
  • Track overall program performance through established metrics and KPIs.

 

Requirements:

  • 6 years relevant experience with Bachelor's in a related field; 4 years relevant experience with Master's in a related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
  • Prior experience monitoring budget and resource allocations.
  • Excellent time management, verbal and written communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Possess the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management.
  • Possess demonstrated experience in the areas of conflict resolution.
  • Be flexible and possess the ability to function in stressful situations.
  • Be a dependable team player with a positive and one team mindset.
  • Prior experience working with government contractors supporting the DoD or other military customers.
  • Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

 

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
