Slot Machine Technician

Penn National Gaming is seeking a skilled Slot Technician to join our team. As a Slot Tech, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our slot machines, promoting a fun and exciting gaming environment, and maintaining effective communication between departments.

• Operate and maintain slot machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Monitor and analyze slot machine performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to promote a positive and engaging gaming experience for our guests.
• Provide guidance and support to junior technicians and contribute to a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a technical or maintenance role preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
