As a Tool Technician at EquipmentShare, you will be responsible for providing general maintenance and repair services for a variety of customer and company-owned equipment and tools. This role involves using technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track machine service intervals, order parts, and diagnose issues quickly.

You will practice safe job practices, use technology comfortably, and perform repairs and preventative maintenance on rental and customer equipment under supervision. Additionally, you will maintain paperwork and electronic documentation of work performed in a timely manner, assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts, and participate in OEM training.

To be successful in this role, you must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, have an active state class driver's license, and own tools applicable to the position. A construction knowledge background and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds are also preferred.
