Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the CSR and management teams to achieve sales goals and promote a positive shopping environment
  • Assist customers with finding products, answering questions, and providing product information
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and inviting shopping environment

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or experience in customer service preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
