About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Tanger Outlets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and promoting a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with the CSR and management teams to achieve sales goals and promote a positive shopping environment
- Assist customers with finding products, answering questions, and providing product information
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and inviting shopping environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or experience in customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
