Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Collaboration: Serve as a leader of the healthcare team by establishing strong relationships with patients and their support systems, collaborating with physicians and other team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care.
- Patient Care: Utilize best scientific evidence and compassion to assist patients in navigating their health journeys, accepting responsibility, authority, and accountability for management and provision of care in accordance with current policies and procedures.
- Teamwork and Communication: Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide exceptional patient care, leveraging diversity and inclusion to support quality care and fostering a safe patient environment driven by the principles of First Do No Harm.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 4-Year/Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
- Experience: One year of relevant experience, preferred.
- Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in the appropriate state, required. ACLS, PALS, BAT, and DOT, preferred.
