Responsibilities
As a Hospitalist at Northside Hospital Atlanta, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care during the admission process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating and managing patients admitted to the hospital, ensuring efficient and effective care transitions.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- A medical degree from an accredited college or university.
- A diploma for completion of an American Board of Internal Medicine accredited Internal Medicine internship and residency.
- NBME or Flex certification.
- American Board of Internal Medicine certification or eligibility.
- An unrestricted DEA number.
- An unrestricted Georgia medical license.
Preferred Qualifications
- Current BCLS/ACLS certification.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Work Hours and Weekend Requirements
- 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. work hours.
- Weekend requirements: Yes.
