Embedded Software Engineer

Location: California

Salary: Up to $235k (Negotiable)

As an Embedded Software Engineer at EVONA, you'll lead the development and architecture of critical flight software and systems, reporting directly to the VP of Software, and collaborating with a talented technical team of aerospace engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop flight software for inflight computers and other critical spacecraft hardware.
  • Collaborate with the Electrical and Hardware division to integrate software solutions seamlessly.
  • Configure RTOS, Microprocesses, and Linux Kernels/Drivers.
  • Develop and execute full software test cases.

Requirements:

  • Experience coding in Embedded C++ and Linux environments.
  • Knowledge of hardware datasheets and schematics.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Git, Make, and GNU tools.
  • Related degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or similar disciplines.
