Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing exceptional service to our guests.
Job Description- Job Summary: The Maintenance Engineer will perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of hotel facilities, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting equipment and tools.
- Respond to guest repair requests and communicate with guests to resolve issues.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on tools and equipment.
- Identify and operate shut-off valves for equipment.
- Maintain inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed.
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent and vocational or technical background.
- Related Work Experience: Extensive experience and training in general maintenance, electrical, or refrigeration, parts inventory and requisition, exterior and interior surface preparation and painting.
- License or Certification: Valid Drivers License and Universal Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) Certification.
