Salary: $17-$19/Hour *DOE, with the possibility of up to $4,000 Annual Bonus Potential.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Store Assistant Manager Lead to oversee daily store operations, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain proper inventory levels. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing shift supervision, preparing and transmitting daily bookkeeping, invoicing, and gasoline data, completing daily banking, troubleshooting daily close out and shift sales analysis, finalizing weekly time and attendance records and payroll, attending job-related meetings, controlling merchandise, cash shortages, and other selling expenses, and assisting new applicants with the application process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need a High School diploma or GED preferred, experience in retail sales preferred, and the ability to work in extreme cold temperatures while performing occasional work in a walk-in cooler and/or freezer. You must also be able to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, occasionally lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes of workday, and push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
