Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Lead Software Engineer to join our team in shaping the future of Alli and PMG's broader technology stack. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of features on the Alli platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-first solutions, and building scalable, privacy-first products that drive measurable results for our clients.

  • Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation">
  • Pioneer development in technologies that transform the marketing technology space">

    • Coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting across the application development lifecycle">
    • Mentoring junior and intermediate-level developers">
    • Drafting and implementing architectural designs to produce reliable, state-of-the-art products">
    • Collaborating with designers and product managers to deliver new components and features">
    • Leading code reviews, offering insightful feedback to peers">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Minimum 5 years of software development experience in PHP, GO, Python, or similar object-oriented languages">
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with high-performance frameworks like Symfony, Beego, Django, or similar, suitable for enterprise-level web applications">
  • At least 3 years of experience working with AWS or other cloud providers">
  • Minimum of 4 years leading projects and mentoring/training other engineers">
  • Strong expertise in RESTful API design">
  • Deep understanding of system design principles">
  • Expertise in SOLID software engineering practices (OOA/OOD, CI/CD)">
  • Proficiency in chosen development tools (IDE, shell, debugging tools, etc.)">
  • Strong foundational knowledge of algorithms and data structures">
  • Strong commitment to Agile values and principles">

Salary

$180,000 - $250,000 per year
