Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cybersecurity Architect with a minimum of 7 years of experience in the IT sector, particularly in Cyber Security and Cloud Security services. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • At least 5 years of experience leading Security Operations, including risk management, SOC leadership, IT compliance, and information security assessments.
  • Expertise in enterprise security solutions such as WAF, IPS, DDoS protection, and SIEM systems.
  • A solid understanding of security controls related to regulatory standards, including NIST, PCI, ISO 27001, and HIPAA compliance.
  • Proven experience in mentoring and guiding a team of Security Engineers, promoting a culture of teamwork, innovation, and ongoing development.
  • CISSP certification is mandatory.
Technical Skills:

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Experience in designing and implementing secure, highly available, and fault-tolerant architectures for cloud-based applications.
  • Proficiency in managing alerts and insights from security solutions, including SIEM, SOAR, CSPM, EDR, and application security toolsets.
  • Hands-on experience with leading security tools such as Splunk ES, Trend Micro, Prisma, Sonarqube, Tenable, and cloud-native security services.
  • Ability to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies across all IT systems and processes.
  • Experience in conducting comprehensive security assessments and managing the vulnerability lifecycle.
Collaboration and Reporting:

The role requires:

  • Monitoring and analyzing the organization's security posture, reporting on threats, breaches, and vulnerabilities.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to address security challenges and enhance the overall security framework.
  • Developing and reviewing system security plans, information security policies, and incident response plans.
  • Updating and maintaining security policies and guidelines in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Driving the incident response process, including investigation and reporting of security incidents.
  • Creating security reports for senior management and executives.
Professional Development:

The candidate should stay informed about emerging security trends, threats, and technologies. Additionally, architecture certification from major cloud platforms (Google, Amazon, Azure) is preferred.
