Position Purpose: The primary responsibility of the Speech Language Pathologist is to evaluate students' speech and language development and interpret the findings to identify the need for special education services. The role focuses on helping students achieve their speech and language objectives.
Classification: Foundations Educational Services
Compensation: $80,000 - $85,000 annually

- Design and implement individualized speech-language therapy programs.
- Provide guidance and support to teachers, administrators, and families.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation to track student progress.
- Engage with various stakeholders to present information regarding student needs and programs.
- Research and evaluate resources and methods to effectively address students' goals.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
- Deliver accurate and timely work products.
- Exhibit a positive attitude and teamwork.

- Demonstrate effective decision-making and communication skills.
- Ensure excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology.
- Valid SLP/SLT license in Arizona.
- Current Department of Education SLP/SLT license in Arizona.
- Valid AZ IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Current CPR certification.
- Compliance with continuing education requirements.
- Occasional exposure to environmental factors such as dust and pollen.
- Physical demands include frequent movement and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Normal range of vision and hearing is required.
