Treatment Specialist

Safe Harbor Ohio is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Treatment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in providing restorative care to child survivors of sex trafficking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized support and guidance to residents, promoting healthy relationships and connections.
• Assist with daily routines, including meal preparation, laundry, and cleaning.
• Monitor residents during the night, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Document resident progress and provide regular updates to the clinical team.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One to three months of related experience preferred.
• Valid Ohio driver's license and a driving record that allows for insurability on agency policy.

Working Conditions:

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and cope with high levels of stress.
• Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds and be outdoors in various weather conditions.
