About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and talented Home Health and Hospice Care Sales Professional to join our team at AdvisaCare. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our presence in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and other healthcare professionals to position AdvisaCare as a leading provider of home health and hospice services.
  • Conduct sales calls and presentations to promote our services and build business cases for referrals.
  • Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure seamless delivery of care and services to our patients.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, as established by the company.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a health-related science (e.g., nursing, pharmacy, etc.).
  • Proven track record of sales success in the healthcare industry, with a minimum of two years of experience.
  • Strong work ethic, willingness to take initiative, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory and to sales meetings, with a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
  • Strong existing relationships with referral partners in the service area, preferred.
  • Positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and a passion for making a difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
