Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Associate to join our team at Diehl CDJR of Robinson. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for meeting sales goals, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional sales and service experiences to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and dealership goals
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up
  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle, including explaining features and benefits
  • Compute and quote sales prices, including tax, trade-in allowance, and discount
  • Engage in business development and maintain a prospect list for future sales opportunities
Requirements
  • Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not required
  • Professional appearance and strong communication skills
  • Computer skills and ability to learn dealership software
  • Team-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and obtain a valid driver's license
