About the Role

Fellowes Brands is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a key member of our distribution center, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient movement of products and materials throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately and efficiently move products and materials throughout the distribution process, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Promote and maintain a safe and clean work environment, identifying and reporting any hazards or concerns.
  • Operate various types of forklifts to move products through the distribution process, including unloading, put away, picking, and loading.
  • Prepare product for inbound receipt and/or shipment, including palletizing, re-palletizing, and carton labeling, ensuring all warehouse and customer requirements are met.
  • Other related and similar duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Fulfill all essential job functions in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner.
  • Understand verbal and written instructions, effectively communicating with the team.
  • Abide by all safety policies, procedures, rules, and guidelines to prevent and reduce exposure to accidents and injuries.
  • Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Physical presence at the designated worksite, work a 40-hour work schedule, maintain consistent and acceptable attendance, and work overtime as required.
  • Pay close attention to detail and follow instructions and procedures to meet quality standards.
  • Work in a team environment, assisting in training and facilitating job duties for other team members.
  • Successfully complete and pass required Power Industrial Vehicle (PIV) training and test, maintaining appropriate PIV licensing.
  • Use Radio Frequency (RF) units.
  • Able to work in a machine-based environment.
  • Able to manage and prioritize multiple assignments/tasks simultaneously, demonstrating organizational skills.

Perform repetitive tasks as required, including pre-shift stretching and bending.
