Job Summary

As a Barback at Hilton, you will be responsible for retrieving orders from the storeroom, visually checking stock, and reconciling with written requisitions. You will also prepare the bar by cutting, slicing, and peeling perishable garnishes and fruits, mixing and pouring juices, and storing back-up supplies. Additionally, you will transport taps and replace and perform routine maintenance on beer kegs.
