Telehealth BCBA

Total Spectrum Care is a leading provider of evidence-based, contemporary ABA therapy to help children, teens, and young adults with autism find success.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Behavior Analyst to join our team as a Telehealth BCBA. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for providing oversight and supervision to a team of behavior technicians, conducting clinical reviews, and delivering individualized, person-centered care to our clients.

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to a team of behavior technicians
• Conduct clinical reviews and write reports for funding sources
• Deliver individualized, person-centered care to clients
• Analyze data and make data-based decisions
• Guide the implementation of teaching procedures and ensure program directives are implemented accurately and timely
• Consult with clients and provide continuous program direction and maintenance

• Masters degree or higher in a related field
• BCBA certification or eligibility to sit for the BCBA exam within the next three months
• Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities
• Minimum of one year of experience overseeing insurance-funded ABA services and managing a full caseload of clients
• Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment
• Exceptional professional, interpersonal, and communication skills
