Cibola General Hospital is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Department. As a critical care specialist, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Emergency Department
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to identify their needs and develop effective care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to physicians
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest medical technologies and procedures
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current, temporary, or compact license to practice nursing in New Mexico
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required; TNCC preferred
- Ability to demonstrate core competencies in assessment, technical skills, communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
