We are seeking highly motivated and charismatic individuals to join our team as Route Drivers for the Kona Ice franchise. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving safely to scheduled events, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive estimated salary of $40,000 per year, based on location and experience, with opportunities for advancement and a flexible schedule. You'll also enjoy weekly pay, tips, and a range of benefits that make working with us a truly rewarding experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive safely to scheduled events and greet customers courteously
  • Provide superior service to clients and customers with speed and accuracy
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment
  • Comply with hygiene, health, and sanitation guidelines
  • Perform basic cleaning of trucks/warehouse
  • Complete beginning- and end-of-shift prepping and stocking
  • Communicate maintenance & inventory needs to appropriate staff

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Have a great driving record
  • Weekend availability
  • Must be able to interact with customers of all ages
