About the Role

Mattel Retail Service is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser Associate to join our team. As a Merchandiser Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our retail partners by providing exceptional in-store execution and conversion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandise Mattel/Fisher Price products on the shelf, building displays, and implementing Point of Purchase materials
  • Ensure planogram compliance and provide customer service
  • Participate in special projects and conduct in-store demonstrations
Requirements
  • Demonstrated growth mindset and ability to continuously learn and improve
  • Must be at least 17 years old
  • Preferred device requirement: up-to-date smartphone and/or computer to access through Chrome Browser
  • Have access to a vehicle, including a valid driver's license and current car insurance
  • Physical requirements: climbing ladders up to 12' tall, ability to regularly lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Available to work daytime hours during the week and scheduled weekends
  • Must live within the territory of Phoenix, AZ 85032 to service/partner with assigned Rep.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School Graduate or GED equivalent
  • Consumer product industry or retail experience
  • Computer skill set
  • Previous Mattel experience
