Behavioral Support Specialist for Adults with Disabilities

Strategies to Empower People Inc. is seeking an experienced Behavioral Support Staff to provide one-on-one support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities who require a high level of behavioral and/or medical supports.
The ideal candidate will have at least six months of experience working with individuals who have regular behavioral challenges, as well as a valid California Driver License and a clean, reliable vehicle.
We offer a competitive salary range of $23-$25 per hour, depending on verifiable experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) matching program.
