Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and adhering to visual merchandising standards.
- Meet sales goals by suggesting products to customers, promoting sales and promotions, and maintaining a thorough knowledge of products and services.
- Work collaboratively with other sales associates and management to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
As a Sales Associate with Walmart, you will enjoy a competitive hourly wage, opportunities for advancement, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, and dental coverage, as well as 401(k) and stock purchase plans.
We also offer paid time off, parental leave, and bereavement leave, as well as short-term and long-term disability insurance. Additionally, you will have access to our education assistance program, Better U, which provides tuition reimbursement for full-time and part-time associates.
