We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service: Order Entry Specialist at Overhead Door. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing orders, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process orders and sales invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, product availability, and any other relevant information.
- Collaborate with sales center and plant departments to gather information and resolve customer issues.
- Perform light clerical work, including data entry and paperwork processing.
- 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in the door industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of PC software, including Microsoft Office and related applications.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn product and processes.
