Branch Manager

ALP PLM LLC is seeking a highly skilled Branch Manager to lead our day-to-day operations. This role requires strong relationship development with customers and team members, as well as driving growth through existing customer maintenance and new customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee landscape construction, maintenance, enhancements, and snow seasons, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Develop and implement work standards, processes, and systems for procedural continuity and improvement.
• Manage customer relationships to ensure continuous sales growth and maintained customer service.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance of all work tickets to ensure timeliness, profitability, and quality.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 to 10 years landscape industry experience required.
• Minimum of 7 to 10 years of leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills.
• Microsoft Office Suite / PC proficiency.

Working Conditions:

• Indoor and outdoor conditions.
• Extended work hours during peak seasons.
• Requires moderate physical activity and regular exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
