Job SummaryWe are seeking a District Chef to oversee culinary functions for multiple corporate dining accounts. This role requires strong leadership skills, as you will support a team of associates and ensure safety and sanitation protocols are followed.
Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple corporate dining accounts, supporting teams and ensuring seamless operations.
- Teach, train, and mentor chefs to drive innovation and excellence in all accounts.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience, including menu planning and inventory management.
- Collaborate with the Company's marketing and culinary teams to roll out new culinary programs.
- Culinary degree preferred.
- A minimum of five years of culinary management experience is required.
- At least two years of multi-site culinary management experience is required.
- High volume production and catering experience is essential.
- Competitive salary: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year.
