Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues
  • Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks, such as tire rotations, oil changes, and brake pad replacements
  • Conduct in-depth vehicle inspections of all systems, including engine, transmission, and brakes
  • Create detailed repair estimates and timelines
  • Maintain accurate repair shop records and paperwork
  • Foster exceptional customer satisfaction and repeat business
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Associate degree or completion of an automotive service technician training program preferred
  • Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification or Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) certification preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills required
