The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Project Manager to join our Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering our Salesforce roadmap for Support, Sales, and Fulfillment teams. Your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and manage Salesforce solutions that drive business growth, improve customer experience, and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Define and Manage Salesforce Roadmap: Develop and maintain a comprehensive Salesforce roadmap that aligns with business objectives and priorities.
- Implement Salesforce Solutions: Design, implement, and manage Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency.
- Optimize Salesforce Configurations: Continuously evaluate and optimize Salesforce configurations to ensure they meet business needs and improve user experience.
- Lead Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure seamless adoption of new Salesforce solutions.
- Communicate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure successful implementation of Salesforce solutions.
- Strong Salesforce Knowledge: Minimum 2+ years of experience with Sales and Service Cloud.
- Proactive Attitude: Demonstrate a proactive attitude to platform enhancements and continuous improvement.
- Design and Implementation: Proven ability to design and implement scalable, best-practice solutions.
- Business Process Documentation: Excellent business process documentation skills.
- Relationship-Building: Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Operations Experience: Experience in Operations, Sales, or Fulfillment functions.
