We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse Critical Care Long Term Acute Care Hospital to join our team at Asheville Specialty Hospital. As a critical care nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with complex medical conditions.
Responsibilities- Provide individualized care to patients with complex medical conditions, including those with critical illnesses and injuries.
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medication, and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN or advanced degree program with a BSN within 5 years of hire date.
- Current licensure as a registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
- One year of hospital nursing experience.
