About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Epoxy Coatings Technician to join our team at ULG Skilled Trades in Burlington, NJ. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying high-quality finishes to completed signage and architectural metal products using two-part epoxy urethane coatings.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in spray finishing and possess excellent color matching skills. Knowledge of computer-aided programs for color matching is a plus. Additionally, experience with automotive painting or sign painting is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply high-quality finishes to signage and architectural metal products
  • Maintain a safe and organized workspace
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years of experience in spray finishing
  • Experience with AKZO Nobel mixing systems
  • Excellent color matching skills
  • Knowledge of computer-aided programs for color matching (a plus)

Salary: $20-$27 per hour (based on experience)
