Key Responsibilities of the HVAC Project Manager:
- Supervise installation teams
- Oversee all installation processes, ensuring that equipment and materials are prepared and assigned to the appropriate crew for each project
- Manage the installation schedule, maintaining and updating it as necessary
- Conduct site visits during and after installations to ensure quality control
- Attend final inspections by city officials when required
- Participate in audit verifications as needed
- Stay informed about city regulations and procedures
- Document and report all employee and vehicle incidents
Our ideal candidate will be a self-motivated leader who is results-driven, trustworthy, and people-oriented.
Minimum Experience and Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of proven experience in HVAC installations
- Strong knowledge of Heating and Air Conditioning systems, including design, fabrication, maintenance, and installation
- Ability to lift, stand, bend, push, and pull for extended periods
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, sit, and lift for extended periods
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Must have the dexterity to use hands for signaling, gripping, holding, turning, pushing, and pulling objects, materials, controls, and tools
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must be comfortable working at heights, climbing ladders and stairways, and occasionally working from platforms/scaffolding, following appropriate safety protocols
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold, wind) while wearing necessary personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Must wear required PPE, including hard hats, safety glasses, ear protection, masks/respirators, high-visibility vests, gloves, and safety-toe work boots.
