Construction Laborer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our roadside construction crew in Eastern Pennsylvania. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for installing and repairing guide rail, unloading and loading materials, and performing various tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
Unload and load materials from trucks and equipment
Align and secure guide rail material
Perform traffic control duties
Assist with other tasks as needed

Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
Valid Class A or B CDL license preferred but not required
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening

Work Schedule: Work schedule varies, with the possibility of overtime and rain make-up days. Ability to stay out of town overnight may be required.

Compensation: Union scale pay rate based on position/job, with wages typically ranging from $26-$35/hr. We offer weekly pay and per diem, as well as incentives for laborers with a CDL license. Excellent benefits package available through the Union, including a pension.

Work Area: Work will be located primarily throughout PA and OH.
