Key Responsibilities- Assessment and Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their needs and develop individualized plans of care.
- Medication Administration: Safely administer medications and manage IV access according to hospital policies and procedures.
- Patient Safety: Foster a culture of safety by verifying patient identification, following hand hygiene guidelines, and maintaining a safe environment.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices, research, and performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Experience: Previous acute care RN experience preferred
- Licenses/Registrations: RN - Registered Nurse
