Job Summary

We are seeking a Kitchen Utility Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Kitchen Utility Associate, you will be responsible for performing various kitchen cleaning and storage activities, including dish washing, pot washing, general and equipment cleaning, storage and rotation of food and supplies.

Responsibilities

  • Handling all foods, storage, and cleaning activities in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards
  • Complying with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food storage, cleaning and preparation
  • Performing janitorial duties in various dining services areas, including the Dining Room, Cafe, and other areas associated with dining activities

Qualifications

  • Must be at least fifteen years old (must provide working permit/papers)
  • One (1) year experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full-service senior living preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
