Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests and team members by performing daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces.
- Ensure that all facilities, including restrooms, showers, and break rooms, are clean and well-maintained.
- Perform general repair and maintenance tasks, such as fixing leaky faucets and unclogging drains.
- Restock supplies, including paper products, soap, and toilet paper.
- Participate in deep cleaning projects, such as cleaning out refrigerators and ovens.
- Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a positive and friendly attitude, even in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role, such as a janitor or maintenance technician.
- Knowledge of industrial equipment and ability to fix small problems.
