We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Manager to join our team at SSI Fire & Safety Holdings, LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for our employees and customers, while also maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on safety protocols and procedures.
  • Investigate and report on accidents and incidents, and implement measures to prevent future occurrences.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement safety-related projects and initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, audits, and training.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in safety regulations and standards, and ensure that the company is compliant.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as occupational health and safety, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a safety-related role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations, and ability to interpret and apply them.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
