About the Role

Coborn's is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Service Representative to join our team. As a Guest Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service at the Guest Service Counter, offering convenient and specialty products and services not typically found in traditional grocery retailers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide remarkable customer service by maintaining a 'Say Yes to the Guest' attitude.
  • Perform all front-end functions, including cashiering, bagging, running money order machines, electronic payment machines, postal machinery, copies, lottery equipment, Western Union, bookkeeping, and more.
  • Assist customers with returned merchandise, overrings, and overcharges.
  • Conduct cashier accuracy audits and provide low-level troubleshooting and/or inform store management of problem areas.
  • Provide backup services to employees in all areas of responsibility, including bookkeeping, Guest Services, cashiering, bagging, and pushing carts.
  • Support the Guest Service Manager and Senior Guest Service Manager in their absence.
