Executive Chef

We are currently looking for an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in Windsor, Vermont. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of preparing and serving high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment.

The Executive Chef will be responsible for managing food inventory, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Additionally, they will work closely with kitchen staff, nutritionists, and healthcare professionals to provide excellent culinary services.

This is a full-time opportunity that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

• Manage food preparation, presentation, and service to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and rotation of food products.
• Maintain accurate records of food inventory, sales, and waste.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, including HACCP guidelines.
• Lead and motivate a team of cooks to achieve exceptional results.

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a healthcare or institutional setting is preferred.
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
