Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled individual to join our Maintenance Department. This is a full-time position, requiring flexibility in scheduling based on operational needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for the upkeep of guest rooms and common areas.

Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct regular inspections of all mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
2. Complete daily maintenance tasks as outlined in the checklist.
3. Address guest maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
4. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to adhere to company standards.
5. Communicate any concerns regarding tools, supplies, or projects to management.
6. Maintain the exterior of the property, including snow removal and landscaping.
7. Execute tasks as assigned through work orders.
8. Ensure hotel equipment, such as vacuums and carpet cleaners, are well-maintained.
9. Carry out routine inspections of company vehicles.
10. Keep a tidy work area during and after project completion.

Qualifications
- Proven ability to organize and manage projects effectively.
- Basic understanding of tools and their proper maintenance.
- Technical expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or similar fields is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills to interpret operational data.
- Proficient in English to facilitate communication with guests and staff.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers, demonstrating patience and diplomacy.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
